Bob has been with Sockwell Partners since 1995 and has been a Managing Director since 2001. Prior to joining Sockwell, Bob was an Audit Manager with Price Waterhouse from 1990 to 1995. A native of Greensboro, Bob and his wife of 30+ years, Meredith, have two grown daughters. Bob is a passionate sports fan, particularly of basketball and women's lacrosse. A single digit handicap golfer, he also enjoys regular exercise.

Norwood joined Sockwell Partners in 2009. Norwood also serves as Executive Event Director for Business North Carolina Magazine where he runs such events as the NC CEO Summit and mfgcon. Before this, Norwood worked in college athletic administration. A Raleigh native, he enjoys golf, fishing, reading and traveling in his free time.

Scottie joined Sockwell Partners in 1997. Prior to joining Sockwell, Scottie worked for Price Waterhouse for 11 years as an audit staff, audit senior and then Human Resources Manager for the Carolinas offices. She is married to Danny and they have two adult daughters and triplet grandbabies. She is an active member at Myers Park Presbyterian Church and serves on the board of the Charlotte Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
