Who We Are

Founded almost a quarter century ago, Sockwell Partners is a retained executive search firm with a focus on senior level positions. Our clients range from Fortune 500 companies to emerging companies, family-owned businesses, non-profits and venture-backed/private equity-backed portfolio companies. We specialize in finding C-level executives and their direct reports in the healthcare, financial services, manufacturing/business services, not-for-profit, real estate and technology sectors.

We are a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), an invitation-only professional organization for retained executive search firms. As members of AESC, we fully subscribe to their code of ethics, which includes off-limit commitments. However, our off-limits policy is even stricter than theirs – we do not recruit, nor cause to be recruited, any employee from a client organization. In the unlikely event that a client relationship ends, we maintain this commitment for two years. Under no circumstances would we ever recruit a person we recruited unless authorized by our client to do so.

We are also a member of TranSearch International, one of the world’s largest global search alliances. With 49 offices in 33 countries, its combined databases provide unusual access to people with specific knowledge in a wide variety of functional specialties.
