Our firm has been retained by one of the largest real estate development, investment, and management companies in the Southeast to conduct its search for a Senior Property Manager for a 1.5MM SF, 48-story office tower in the Charlotte, NC CBD.  The building will be USGBC LEED Gold Certified and will be the centerpiece of a mixed-use campus that includes four major cultural facilities and a 40-story residential condo tower.  Occupancy will begin in the fall of 2009. 

Our clients owns and/or manages 23+MM SF of real estate assets, including more than 12MM SF of high-end office properties. 

Reporting to the Regional Property Manager for the Charlotte CBD, the successful candidate must demonstrate:

•  at least seven to ten years’ experience in commercial property management of downtown, high-rise, headquarters-quality buildings – preferably at least 400,000 SF; experience opening a new building is a decided plus;

•  experience in facilities management or fee property management working for a third-party owner/occupant; solid project management skills;

•  intelligence; confidence; a compelling presence; exceptional interpersonal and communications skills; a team orientation and roll-up-the-sleeves attitude; someone who can keep a lot of balls in the air; an out-of-the box problem solver who can think big;

•  the ability to thrive in a lean and highly-matrixed culture and grow into an even more senior leadership role; a problem solver with an unquestioned commitment to seamless customer service;
 
•   ndergraduate degree is required; MBA or other graduate degree is a plus; RPA, CPM, CCIM or similar professional designation is desired and LEED AP certification is also a plus.
