Off Limits – We do not recruit any employee from your organization for two years after the close of our most recent search engagement.  We will never recruit the successful candidate.

Candidate Guarantee – We redo  a search at no additional professional fee should the successful candidate leave within the first 12 months of employment.  Since our firm’s inception, we have redone a search in less than 1% of 1000+ engagements.

Conflict – We do not accept engagements that create a conflict with existing clients or searches.

Confidentiality – We respect the confidential nature of client research and both client and candidate disclosures.
